1. Who We Are

Miraj Studio (https://mirajstudio.co.uk) is a contemporary limited-edition art studio selling physical artwork to consumers and trade customers in the UK and internationally.

3. Product Descriptions & Colour Variation

We describe every artwork as accurately as we can, including its concept, materials and dimensions. Colours and tonal values may appear slightly differently on your screen than in person, due to differences in screen calibration, lighting and photography — this is not considered a fault.

4. Dimensions & Framing

Listed dimensions refer to the printed artwork, not the final framed piece. Every work is presented in our signature natural oak frame with an ivory conservation mount and premium clear acrylic glazing; finished framed dimensions are larger and vary slightly according to mounting and framing tolerances. We do not publish exact outer frame dimensions until confirmed by our framing supplier.

5. Edition Numbering & Availability

Each artwork is offered across three independently numbered edition sizes (Collector, Grand and Monumental). Edition availability and pricing shown on the site reflect real-time inventory and update automatically as orders are confirmed. An edition number is only allocated once your payment has been verified — placing an order or starting checkout does not reserve a specific number. Once an edition size is sold out, it will not be reproduced at that size again.

6. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are correct at the time of display, but may change before you complete checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, only once your payment has been successfully processed and confirmed — not when you submit your checkout details or reach the confirmation page.

7. Production, Framing & Estimated Timeframe

Miraj Studio does not hold finished inventory. Each work is produced to order within its strictly limited edition — production includes printing, framing and a final inspection before dispatch. Please allow up to 15–20 business days for production, framing, inspection and dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

8. Shipping, International Delivery, Customs & Duties

Completed works are dispatched via insured, tracked delivery, with a dispatch confirmation sent by email. Transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination. For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the displayed price.

9. Ownership, Risk & Damaged Deliveries

Ownership of the artwork passes to you once payment is received in full. Risk in the artwork — responsibility for loss or damage — passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your delivery on arrival; report any transit damage, with photographs, within 48 hours so we can raise a claim with the courier and arrange a remedy.

10. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

As a UK consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason, provided the artwork is returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. If your artwork arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, at no cost to you. 11. Consumer Rights & Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have as a consumer under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Save for that, our liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Website Errors & Availability

We take care to keep pricing, availability and descriptions accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or availability error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund. We do not guarantee the website will always be available or error-free.

13. Intellectual Property

All artwork, imagery, text and branding on this site are the intellectual property of Miraj Studio (or its licensors) and may not be reproduced without permission. Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the underlying work.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
